REMOTE SALES CONTRACT
(drafted pursuant to Legislative Decree of February 21, 2014, No. 21)
The present general sales conditions (hereinafter referred to as “General Conditions”) govern the sale of products marketed by Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s.
All purchase contracts for products concluded via the site panificiopugliese.com will be regulated by these General Conditions.
With this contract, Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. transfers or commits to transfer ownership of the goods to the Customer, who pays or commits to pay the price.
The purchase of goods can occur through the following methods:
It should be noted that Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. intends to serve exclusively the end consumer, to whom all products for sale are intended.
Entities with a VAT number that wish to receive an invoice must request it by providing the relevant details at the time of order.
2. How to Order
The Customer must register on the site panificiopugliese.com by truthfully and completely providing all required information in the registration form and fully accepting the privacy policy and these sales conditions. Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. does not have visibility over its Customers’ access credentials, which they must therefore safeguard.
Subsequently, the customer can add desired products to their cart. It is possible to correct errors or modify the content of the cart by accessing the cart before the final stage that concludes the order. After selecting the products, the Customer views the content of the cart and the amount to be paid, with the option to update and/or modify it.
Then, the Customer will proceed by clicking on the appropriate button to fill out a form with the necessary information for billing (if requested by the customer), payment, and delivery. Finally, the cart and the amount to be paid will be presented again. The sales contract will be deemed perfected only when the Customer has accepted the sales conditions set forth in the contract by clicking the “Place Order” button. If the Customer does not accept the sales conditions and/or does not proceed to confirm acceptance of the contract by selecting the button, the sales contract will not be considered perfected, and the Customer will not be able to receive the executed order. In this case, Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. will not send the products in the cart nor charge the Customer the amount resulting from the summary of their cart. The Customer will still receive an email from Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. confirming receipt of the order, sent to the email address provided by the Customer during the order composition phase.
3. Product Description, Features, and Prices
The features and description of the products for sale are indicated (online) alongside each product or, in the case of the website, also through a specific link. In the case of products whose purchase is solicited by phone calls from Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. or through telesales, their description, features, and prices are detailed by the telephone operator. In the case of telesales, they are also presented by the television promoter.
The prices of the goods are presented on the site, inclusive of VAT and any other applicable tax. The duration of promotions and offers is indicated alongside the product or the offer to which it refers, as well as the prices applied.
Any accessory charges, where applicable, are indicated alongside the product to which they apply.
4. Shipping
The delivery times for orders are on average 1-3 working days.

Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. commits to providing products that are always fresh and handcrafted with high-quality ingredients.
Therefore, the products available on the site may require a production timeline.
From the receipt of the order, Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. commits to shipping the ordered goods within x days.
N.B. Shipping and delivery times may vary during specific periods of the year (e.g., Christmas and Easter).
The standard delivery in Italy is made within 24/72 hours.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday (excluding national holidays).
N.B.: Some “disadvantaged” locations (Venice, mountain locations, Calabria, Sardinia, Sicily, minor islands) require additional delivery time. The order will still be delivered within a maximum of 7 days unless there are force majeure causes.

5. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, No. 206 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded within 14 days from the receipt of the products, without any penalty and without obligation to specify the reason, except for the exceptions provided by Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
It should be noted that the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products, that is, those that risk deteriorating or expiring quickly, such as fresh bakery and pastry products (bread, focaccia, sweets, etc.).
Regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. of their intention to withdraw by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address indicated above or by sending an email to info@panificiopugliese.com. This communication must be made within the aforementioned term of 14 days.
Following this communication, the Customer must return the products to Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. within 14 days from the date of sending the withdrawal communication.
To return the products, the Customer must use a carrier of their choice; however, the shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility. The Customer must ensure that the products are returned in their original packaging, and they must be intact and complete.
Once the return is received and verified, Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. will proceed with the refund of the amount paid by the Customer, minus the shipping costs, if applicable, within a maximum period of 14 days from the receipt of the returned products.
6. Privacy Policy
All personal data provided by the Customer will be processed in accordance with the privacy policy published on the website, which is considered an integral part of these General Conditions.
7. Applicable Law
The contract will be governed by Italian law.
