Right of Withdrawal

According to articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree of September 6, 2005, No. 206 (Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded within 14 days from the receipt of the products, without any penalty and without the obligation to specify the reason, except for the exceptions provided by Article 59 of the Consumer Code.

It should be noted that the right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable products, that is, those that risk deteriorating or expiring quickly, such as fresh bakery and pastry products (bread, focaccia, sweets, etc.).

Regarding non-perishable products (such as taralli, cookies, or other long-lasting products), the Customer has the right to exercise the withdrawal within 14 days. The withdrawal can be exercised by sending a written communication to the email address: info@panificiopugliese.com and returning the products at their own expense.

Upon receipt of the products, the Customer is required to verify that the packaging is intact and that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the order. Any anomalies must be reported immediately to the courier.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised in the following ways:

After receiving authorization to make the return, the goods must be returned to the following address:

Shipping costs for returning the goods are the responsibility of the customer. The return shipment must be insured.

In case of damaged goods received, Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. will not be able to refund the returned products, and the amount due must be claimed by the sending customer from their courier.

However, the right to return the product and the right to request a refund of the amounts paid are excluded if the Customer has started to use the purchased products. The return of the products and the refund of the amount are always subject to the integrity of the purchased products, without alterations to the product or packaging conditions at the time of delivery. In case of product use and/or handling by the Customer, of damaged products, without original packaging, of damaged original packaging, or of products returned incomplete, including accessories, Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. will not accept the return.

Furthermore, in case of returning the goods without prior notice, Panificio Pugliese di Segreto Michele s.a.s. will not be able to refund the returned products.
